Hauraki Development Scheme Amending Notice 1966, No. 2

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953:
Now therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Hauraki Development Scheme Amending Notice 1966, No. 2.
  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Mahanga Development Scheme Amending Notice 1966, No. 1

WHEREAS by virtue of the notices described in the First Schedule hereto the land described in the Second Schedule is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953:
And whereas by reason of an amalgamation of titles the land is now known by the description shown in the Third Schedule hereto and it is considered necessary to have the notices described in the First Schedule hereto revoked:
Now therefore pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Mahanga Development Scheme Amending Notice 1966, No. 1.
  2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.
  3. The land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Revocation of Exemption From Equipment Requirements for Passenger Service Vehicles

PURSUANT to regulation 106 (1) of the Passenger Service Vehicle Construction Regulations 1954, the Commissioner of Transport hereby revokes as from the 1st day of December 1966, the notice, dated the 17th day of August 1964†, exempting all passenger service vehicles, other than those first registered after the 1st day of April 1965, from the requirements of clause (6) of regulation 12 of the said regulations.

National Roads Board—Notice Concerning Stopping of Vehicles on Road

It is hereby notified that, pursuant to National Roads Board Bylaw 1958, No. 1*, the board has, by resolution carried at its meeting on 21 February 1966, prohibited the stopping of vehicles on those portions of State highway described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

  1. No. 29 State Highway, Tauranga; on the north side of the highway for a distance of three chains proceeding eastwards from the corner at Cameron Road, Tauranga (i.e., the north-east corner at Barke’s Corner, Route Milage 2·76).
  2. No. 2 State Highway, Te Maunga; on the south side of the highway for a distance of four chains proceeding eastwards after turning the corner and after crossing the East Coast Main Trunk Railway line at Te Maunga (Route Milage 105·2).

Notice to Make Returns of Land Under the Land and Income Tax Act 1954

PURSUANT to the Land and Income Tax Act 1954, the Commissioner of Inland Revenue hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. A return of land held as at noon on 31 March 1966 is required from every person and company, whether a taxpayer or not, being the owner of land in New Zealand within the meaning of the Land and Income Tax Act 1954, where total unimproved value exceeds £6,000.
  2. Returns are required to be delivered or forwarded to the district office of the Inland Revenue Department, where the taxpayer’s records are filed, not later than 7 May 1966.
  3. Return forms are available at all district offices of the Inland Revenue Department, and at all permanent post offices.
