Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Jack Vinac and Sons Ltd., a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 1955, and having its registered office at Kaitaia.
