REDUCTION OF CAPITAL

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of McNeill’s (N.P.) Ltd., a private company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office at No. 128 Devon Street in the City of New Plymouth, notice is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 17th day of February 1966, confirming the reduction of the share capital of the above-named company from £25,000 in 25,000 shares of £1 each to £12,500 in 25,000 shares of 10s. each and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 24th day of February 1966. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Wallace County Council proposes, in pursuance of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the First Schedule hereto for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for a gravel pit. The land is situate at Motu, near Clifden, Western Southland.
