Licensing Takapuna City Council to Erect a Groyne at Castor Bay
———
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Takapuna City Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea as shown on plan marked M.D. 11940 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a groyne as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
- This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
- The term of the licence shall be one year from the 1st day of February 1966.
- The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be one pound (£1) ($2).

PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 8 of the Standards Act 1941, notice is hereby given that the British standards, revisions, and amendments listed in the Schedule hereto are being considered for adoption as New Zealand standard specifications. All persons who may be affected by them and who desire to comment thereon may, on application, obtain copies on loan from the New Zealand Standards Institute, Bowen State Building, Bowen Street, or Private Bag, Wellington C. 1.
Requests should specify that copies are required for comment purposes.
The closing date for the receipt of comment is 25 March 1966.
