EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of outstanding duplicate of memorandum of mortgage 254655, whereby Percy John Bydder, of Wellington, retired builder (now deceased), as mortgagee affecting 22 perches, being part Section 18, Ohirio District, and being Lot 27, Block 111, on Deposited Plan 1810, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 197, folio 194 (Wellington Registry), and application 660150 having been made to me to issue a duplicate mortgage in lieu thereof. I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such duplicate mortgage on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
