✨ Company Winding Up Notices
of capital of the above-named company from five thousand pounds to two thousand pounds, and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 11th day of February 1966. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“That the capital of the company be reduced from five thousand pounds (£5,000) divided into five thousand shares (5,000) of £1 each fully paid to two thousand pounds (£2,000) divided into five thousand shares of 8s. each fully paid and that such reduction be effected by returning to the holders of five thousand shares of £1 each paid up capital to the extent of 12s. per share and by reducing the nominal amount of each of the said shares from £1 to 8s.”

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO STOP PART OF A ROAD
NOTICE is hereby given that the Coromandel County Council, acting under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, intends to stop that part of the old Kikowhakarere Road containing 2 acres 3 roods 20 perches, coloured green on Survey Office Plan No. 17400. A copy of the said plan is available for inspection at the office of the said county council, in Kapanga Road, Coromandel, during business hours.
All persons affected by the said stopping who have any well founded objections to such stopping must state their objections in writing and lodge the same at the office of the said county council on or before the 30th day of March 1966.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, public notice is hereby given that the Raglan County Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 to take for road the portion of land described in the First Schedule hereto and to stop the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
A plan of the portion of land proposed to be taken and of the portions of road proposed to be stopped is open for public inspection at the office of the Raglan County Council, Great South Road, Ngaruawahia, during 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice. All persons objecting to the proposal must lodge their objections in writing at the office of the council on or before the 25th day of March 1966.

ROTORUA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR THE PURPOSE OF RESERVOIR WORKS
In the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Rotorua County Council proposes under the provisions of the above-named Acts to execute a certain public work, namely, reservoir works in the County of Rotorua, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the clerk to the above council and situated at corner of Ranolf and Amohau Streets, Rotorua, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land who have any objections they may wish to make to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, must set forth their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers at corner of Ranolf and Amohau Streets, Rotorua (postal address, P.O. Box 5028, Rotorua South), and if any such objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of hearing.
