Now therefore pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Maniapoto Development Scheme Amending Notice 1966, No. 2.

  2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

  3. The land described in the Third Schedule is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953:

Now therefore pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Te Kaha Development Scheme Amending Notice 1966, No. 3.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Approval of Red Reflectors for Motor Vehicles in Terms of the Traffic Regulations 1956

PURSUANT to regulations 41 (2) and 63 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby approves for the purposes of the said regulations red reflectors of make and type described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

RED reflectors manufactured by Westfalische Metall Industrie K. G. Hueck and Co. Dortmund, Germany, the lens being marked “Hella R86–5 K11322 B.S. 2515 Gr 2 B/I (607) 1 GM 3341 C2 (a) 5133 SAE B 63” and having a diameter of approximately 2·2 in.
