Land in the Nelson Land District Acquired as State Forest
Land and Subsequently Made Crown Land Subject to
the Land Act 1948

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule
hereto was, on the 31st day of July 1962, acquired under the
Forests Act 1949 as State forest land, and was on the 28th
day of October 1965 made Crown land subject to the Land
Act 1948, by virtue of section 3 of the Reserves and Other
Lands Disposal Act 1965.
