Road Closed in Block IX, Mararoa Survey District, and Block I, Manapouri Survey District, Wallace County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

All those pieces of road situated in Southland R.D., described as follows:

17 0 11 Part Run 301B and the bed of the Upukerora River, Block IX, Mararoa Survey District.

37 2 8 Part Run 301B and the beds of the Upukerora River and Lake Te Anau, Block I, Manapouri Survey District, and Block IX, Mararoa Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20060 (S.O. 7486) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
