(in voluntary liquidation), notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that the final meeting of the creditors of Reg. Kitching Ltd. IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of the Orepuke Co-op. Dairy Factory Co. Ltd. (in liquidation), notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held in the Public Library, Orepuke, on Wednesday, the 10th day of March 1965, at 8 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted, and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
Further Business:
To consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution:
“Resolved that the books and papers of the company and of the liquidator be held by the liquidator for safe custody pursuant to section 328 of the Companies Act 1955.”
Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.
Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the registered office of the company, 24 Esk Street, Invercargill, not later than 5 p.m. on the 8th day of March 1965.

Ltd., notice is hereby given that a petition for winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court, was, on the 10th day of February 1965, presented to the said Court by Carter Merchants (Maramarua) Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland, on the 26th day of February 1965, at 10 a.m.; and any creditor or contributor of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributor of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
