Declaring Land Taken for a Teacher's Residence in the Borough of Greymouth
Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher's residence from and after the 22nd day of February 1965.

ALL that piece of land containing 18·5 perches situated in the Borough of Greymouth, being Lot 1, D.P. 392, being part Reserve 112, Town of Greymouth. All certificate of title, Volume 52, folio 217, Westland Land Registry.

Declaring Land Taken for a Secondary School, Land Taken Subject to a Right of Way, for a Secondary School, and Land Held for Police Purposes Set Apart for a Secondary School, in Block XVI, Mangaoparo Survey District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to a right of way appurtenant to the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, such right of way being 33·3 links in width along the north-eastern boundary of the land described in the said Second Schedule as more particularly described in and on the conditions set forth in an Order of the Maori Land Court made at Ruatoria on the 14th day of December 1951, and recorded in the said Court's Waiapu Minute Book No. 119, at page 246, for a secondary school, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, now held for police purposes, is hereby set apart for a secondary school, from and after the 22nd day of February 1965.
