Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Matamata County Council on 12 November 1964:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Matamata County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the said County, in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby to be a public reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act."
