ALL that area of land in the Wellington Land District, County of Rangitikei, containing 561 acres 19·3 perches, more or less, being part Sections 38, 39, 43, 44, 65, 74, and 84, Rangitikei Agricultural Reserve, and part Closed Road, situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District; as shown on the plan marked 30/1 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Health, at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plans 19938 and 21560).

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1961, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
O R D E R

On and from the 1st day of January 1966 the areas described in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the City of Auckland and included in the Borough of Mount Roskill.

On and from the aforementioned date the areas described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the Borough of Mount Roskill and included in the City of Auckland.

The said alterations of boundaries hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have been effected under the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 acre 2 roods 22·7 perches, more or less, being part Allotment 67, Titirangi Parish, situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, shown as Lot 1, D.P. 50159.
Also all that area in the North Auckland Land District containing 9 perches, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of Lot 12, D.P. 41509, in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, and proceeding northerly and north-easterly along the eastern side of Lynbrooke Avenue to and southerly along the boundary of Auckland City as described in Gazette, 1956, page 1084, to the point of commencement.
Also all that area in the North Auckland Land District containing approximately 3 acres, bounded by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of Lot 15, D.P. 41959, in Block VIII, Titirangi Survey District, and proceeding easterly along the southern boundary of that lot to and south-westerly generally along the boundary of Auckland City as described in Gazette, 1956, page 1084, to the south-eastern corner of Lot 4, D.P. 52784; thence northerly along the generally eastern boundaries of the said Lot 4, and of Lots 22, 21, 19, 18, and 17, D.P. 50576, to the point of commencement.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District containing approximately 2·5 acres, bounded by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of Lot 7, D.P. 48765, in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, and proceeding north-easterly, south-easterly, and again north-easterly along the boundary of Auckland City as described in Gazette, 1956, page 1084, to the northernmost corner of Lot 8, D.P. 50880; thence southerly generally along the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of the said Lot 8 and southerly along the eastern side of New Windsor Road to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Lot 7, L.T. Plan 53646; thence to and along that boundary and the eastern boundaries of Lot 6, L.T. Plan 53646, and Lot 7, D.P. 48765, and then north-westerly generally along the northern boundary of Lot 10, D.P. 48765, and the eastern and northern boundaries of Lot 8, D.P. 48765, to the point of commencement.
Also all that area in the North Auckland Land District containing approximately 5 acres bounded by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of Lot 12, D.P. 41509, in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District and proceeding easterly along the northern boundary of the said Lot 12 and southerly along the eastern boundaries of that Lot and of Lots 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, 23, 25, and 26,-to and westerly along the southern boundaries of the last-mentioned Lot and of Lot 27, the aforesaid Lots being shown on D.P. 41509, and still westerly along the southern boundaries of Lots 10, 11, and 12, D.P. 41959, to and southerly generally along the eastern boundary of Lot 44, D.P. 17417, and the northern and western sides of Gilletta Road to and westerly along the northern boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 20689 to its intersection with the boundary of Auckland City as described in Gazette, 1956, page 1084; thence northerly along that boundary to the point of commencement.
