EVIDENCE having been furnished to me of the loss of outstanding duplicates of certificates of title contained in the Schedule hereto, both in the name of The New Zealand Chinese Association Incorporated, at Wellington, and application 653244 having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in lieu of the said certificates of title, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificates of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

SCHEDULE

1. 23·2 perches, more or less, being part of Section 158, of the Town of Wellington, and being also part of Lot 21, on Deposited Plan No. 582, and that parcel of land containing 4·6 perches, being part of Section 158 and part of Lot 21, on Deposited Plan 582, and being all the land described in certificate of title, Volume 465, folio 44 (Wellington Registry).

2. 0·3 of a perch being part of Section 158 on the Plan of the City of Wellington, and being part of Lot 21, on Deposited Plan No. 582, and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 203, folio 15 (Wellington Registry).
