WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953:

Now therefore pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

1. This notice may be cited as the Maniapoto Development Scheme Amending Notice No. 1, 1965.

Road Closed by Order of the Maori Land Court

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to section 425 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Court has made an order, dated 12 April 1965, firstly declaring those areas of road described in the first column of the Schedule to be closed and vesting the same in the owners of the land set out in the second column to the said Schedule.

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953:

And whereas by reason of an amalgamation of titles the land is now known by the description shown in the Third Schedule hereto and it is considered necessary to have the notice described in the First Schedule hereto amended:

Now therefore pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

1. This notice may be cited as the Kapenga III Development Scheme Notice 1965.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all references to the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto.

3. The land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

The Standards Act 1941—Draft New Zealand Standard Specification No. D. 8471—Barbed Wire

PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 8 of the Standards Act 1941, notice is hereby given that the above-mentioned draft New Zealand standard specification is being circulated.

All persons who may be affected by this specification and who desire to comment thereon may, on application, obtain copies on loan from the New Zealand Standards Institute, Bowen State Building, Bowen Street, or Private Bag, Wellington C.1.

The closing date for the receipt of comment is 1 March 1966.
