Declaring Land Taken, Subject to an Unregistered Agreement
as to Fencing, for Maori Housing Purposes in the City of
Wanganui

———

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the First Schedule is hereby taken for Maori housing
purposes, subject to an unregistered agreement as to fencing,
dated 20 October 1965, and described in the Second Schedule
hereto, between Her Majesty the Queen and Joan Morrell, of
Wanganui, married woman, from and after the 13th day of
December 1965.

FIRST SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 3·2 perches situated
in the City of Wanganui, Wellington R.D., being Lots 9
and 10, D.P. 7592, and Lot 24, D.P. 23832, being part Section
227, Right Bank Wanganui River. Part certificate of title,
Volume 825, folio 22, Wellington Land Registry.

SECOND SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

THE aforesaid Joan Morrell shall not be called upon to con-
tribute towards the cost of erection or maintenance of any
fence between the land described in the First Schedule and
any adjoining land the property of, or occupied by the said
Joan Morrell, but this proviso shall not enure to the benefit
of any subsequent purchaser of any such adjoining land.
