LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Volume 171, folio 271 (North Auckland Registry), containing 22 perches, more or less, being Lot 72, Deposited Plan 322, and being part Allotment 3, of Section 9, Suburbs of Auckland, in the name of Andrew Christian Vette, of Auckland, overseer, having been lodged with me together with an application (A. 115984) for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE of the loss or destruction of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, H.B. Volume 38, folio 135 (Hawke’s Bay Registry), containing 3 acres, more or less, and being part of the Waikahu Block in the name of the N.Z. Trust Board for Home Schools for Curative Education, having been lodged with me together with an application (K. 199867) to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Roman Catholic Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Wellington has, by transmission 199874, made application under the Roman Catholic Bishops Empowering Act 1954 to be registered proprietor of an estate in fee simple in those parcels of land containing: first, 5 acres, more or less, situate in the Borough of Taradale being Lot 34, on Deeds Plan 120, which said parcel of land comprises part Suburban Section 17, Meeanee, and being all the land in certificate of title, H.B. Volume 12, folio 278 (Hawke’s Bay Registry); secondly, 1 rood and 17 perches, more or less, situate in the Borough of Taradale being part Suburban Section 17, Meeanee, and being all the land in certificate of title, H.B. Volume 86, folio 13 (Hawke’s Bay Registry), of which Victor Geaney, David Kennedy, Charles Wilfred Casey, all Doctors of Divinity, and Hugh McDonnell, priest, all of Greenmeadows (all deceased) are registered as proprietors and that such application will be registered unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged within two months after the 2nd day of December 1965 by any person claiming the beneficial ownership of any estate or interest in such land.
