PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Land Proclaimed as Street and Land Taken in the Borough of Morrinsville

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as street the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also hereby takes the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and also hereby declares that the land described in the said Second Schedule shall when so taken, vest in Frank Clifton Stevens, of Morrinsville, shopkeeper, and Joan Stevens, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares subject to mortgage S. 233859, South Auckland Land Registry.
