Declaring Land in the Southland Acclimatisation District to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the area described in the Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge in the Southland Acclimatisation District for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND ACCLIMATISATION SOCIETY
Lot 2, D.P. 718, being all Section 46, and parts Sections 45, 47, 195, 534, 538, and 564, Block XXII; and part Section 41, Block XXI, Hokonui Survey District: Area, 681 acres 2 roods 29 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 77, folio 160.
As is shown on plan numbered I.A. 46/29/426 and deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs at Wellington, and thereon edged in red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 24th day of November 1965.

Land Taken for a Service Lane in the Borough of Blenheim

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Blenheim as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of December 1965.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Borough of Blenheim, Marlborough R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for harbour improvement and shall vest in the Northland Harbour Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of December 1965.

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road in Block IX, Ongo Survey District, Rangitikei County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto (which was acquired for railway purposes and is not now required for that purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that such road shall be maintained by the National Roads Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said board.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 5 perches situated in Block IX, Ongo Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part N.I.M.T. Railway; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19887 (S.O. 25999) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 6th day of November 1931, published in the Gazette of 12 November 1931, Volume III, page 3130, and registered as No. 2185, Wellington Land Registry, defining the middle line of a road in Blocks V, VI, VII, and VIII, Pihanga Survey District, viz, portion of the National Park-Taupo Main Highway (Otukou Deviation); and hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 24th day of April 1933, published in the Gazette of 27 April 1933, Volume I, page 795, and registered as No. 2276, Wellington Land Registry, defining the middle line of a road in Blocks V and VI, Pihanga Survey District, and Blocks IV and VIII, Tongariro Survey District, viz, portion of the National Park-Taupo Main Highway (Otukou Deviation); and hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a road desired to be constructed over Blocks VII, VIII, and IV, Tongariro Survey District, and Blocks V, VI, and VII, Pihanga Survey District, viz, a deviation of part of the National Park-Turangi State Highway No. 47, shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands situated within the limits shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 19882 referred to in the Schedule hereto.
