IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of K.B.C. Ltd. (in liquidation), notice is hereby given that the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed by K.B.C. Ltd. on the 16th day of November 1965:
“Resolved this 16th day of November 1965 as an extraordinary resolution by way of entry in the minute book of the company pursuant to section 362 of the Companies Act 1955:

1. That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up and that the company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That Mr L. P. O’Sullivan, of Te Kuiti, public accountant be, and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.
3. That the remuneration of the liquidator shall be the scale rate prescribed by the New Zealand Society of Accountants’ Recommended Scale Fees.”
