of a road forming the southern boundary of the said Section 2271; then easterly generally along the south-western boundary of that section and Rural Sections 1563, 1564, 2189, 2247, 2258, 2259, 2260, 2269, 2270, and the south-eastern boundary of Rural Section 4895 to its intersection with the south-eastern boundary of Eyre County, the said point being the middle of the old bed of the south branch of the Waimakariri River; then westerly along that river and the middle of the Waimakariri River to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Rural Section 37707, Block IV, Hawkins Survey District; then to and along that boundary and the south-eastern boundary of Rural Section 32083 to the north-eastern corner of the last-mentioned boundary; then north-easterly by a right line to Trig. Station 48, Block XIII, Mairaki Survey District, on the Main Race Road; then easterly along that road to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Rural Section 33451; then north-easterly to and along that boundary and the north-western boundaries of Rural Sections 33342 and 30310 to the point of commencement. As the said area is shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 688 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington, and thereon outlined in red.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, Ashley and Oxford Counties, commencing at Trig. Station V, Block VIII, Esk Survey District, being a point on the summit of the Puketeraki Range; and proceeding southerly and south-westerly generally along the summit of that range to Trig. Station L, Block X, Okuku Survey District; then north-westerly along that line to the said Trig. station L and continuing north-westerly along a right line to the point of commencement. As the said area is shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 689 deposited as aforesaid, and thereon outlined in red.
THIRD SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, Waipara County, bounded by a line commencing at Harper’s Pass on the Main Divide at the source of the Hurunui River and proceeding north-easterly along the summit of the main divide to the Hope Pass; then north-easterly along a right line to a point of the right bank of the Hope River, the said point being approximately 40 chains westward of the Kiwi River; then south-westerly along a right line to Trig. H, Block XV, Marion Survey District; then south-easterly along a right line to the northernmost point of Lake Marion; then southerly along the eastern shore of that lake and Marion Stream to the northern shore of Lake Sumner; then south-easterly along that shore to its onlet near Trig. SM; then due east along a right line to the middle of Jollie Brook, a distance of approximately 3 miles and 20 chains; then south-easterly along a right line to Ben Gliberick, Block XI, Mytholm Survey District; then north-easterly along a right line to the north-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 6080, distant 5 chains from the northernmost corner of that lot; then south-westerly and south-easterly along the north-western and south-western boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 6080, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the right bank of the Hurunui River; then south-westerly generally along that bank and its production to the middle of the Seaward River; then south-westerly of that river to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 7, D.P. 1985; then south-westerly to and along that boundary to its intersection with a right line between Trig. Station L, Block X, Okuku Survey District and Trig. Station V, Block VIII, Esk Survey District; then north-westerly along that right line to the last-mentioned trig. then north-westerly along the summit of the Puketeraki Range and north-westerly generally along the summits of the Dampier and Snowy Ranges to the Main Divide; then north-easterly along that divide to the point of commencement. FOURTH SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, Amuri County, bounded by a line commencing at the Hope Pass on the Main Divide and proceeding north-easterly along the summits of the Main Divide and Spencer Range to Belvedere Peak, Block IV, Humboldt Survey District; then southerly generally along the eastern boundary of Run 16A, St. James, and its production to the north-eastern corner of Lake Tennyson; then continuing southerly along the eastern shore of that lake and the middle of the Clarence River to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Run 246, St. Helens Block; then north-easterly and south-easterly generally along the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of that Run to Trig. station Boc (Barefell Pass), Block III, Severn Survey District; then south-westerly generally to and along the middle of the Guide and Acheron Rivers to the middle of the Clarence River; then easterly along the middle of that river to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Run 279, The Hossack; then south-westerly generally to and along that boundary to the left bank of the Hammer River; then westerly along that river bank to a point in line with the right bank of Boundary Stream; then northerly along that river bank to the northern boundary of Reserve 4111; then westerly along that boundary to the eastern side of Jollies Pass Road; then northerly along that roadside to the right bank of the Clarence River; then westerly generally along that river bank to the middle of the Styx River; then south-westerly up that river to its intersection with the northern boundary of Block XVI, Dillon Survey District; then south-westerly along a right line to Trig. station DT, Mount Captain; then south-westerly along another right line to the intersection of the left bank of the Grantham River and the boundary between Dillon and Tekoa Survey District; then southerly along that river bank and its production to the right bank of the Waiau River; then easterly along that river bank to Gabriels Gully Stream; then southerly up that stream to the boundary between Blocks XI and XII, Tekoa Survey District; then northerly along the eastern boundary of the said Block XI to the right bank of the Pahau River; then southerly down that river bank to the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 3550; then westerly along that boundary to Trig. station M, Mount Tekoa; then southerly and westerly generally along the eastern, southern, and western boundaries of Run 236, Somer-
