A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the closed road described in the First Schedule hereto to be added to the land held for prison purposes described in the Second Schedule hereto.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of closed road situated in Block IV, Manganui Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 24 acres 2 roods 3·9 perches, more or less, situated in Block IV, Manganui Survey District, Wellington R.D., being closed road; parts of Waimarino 4A 5; and Section 5, and part Sections 2, 3, and 4, Block IV, Manganui Survey District (S.O. Plans 19419, 19956, 20332, and 25552).

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road in Block XLIX, Tokomairiro Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto (which was taken for railway purposes and is not now required for that purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that such road shall be maintained by the National Roads Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said board.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 6th day of December 1960 and published in Gazette, 15 December 1960, Volume III, page 1949, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at North Auckland as No. 17992, defining the middle line of a portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, in so far as it affects Lot 1, D.P. 36654, being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 978, folio 151, North Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of January 1965.

PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Auckland Harbour Board to reclaim from the bed of the Whau River, New Lynn, an area of 31 perches, more or less, as cross hatched red on plan marked M.D. 11942 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

PURSUANT to sections 8 (A) and 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby grants to the Takapuna City Council (hereinafter called the Council) control of the foreshore as described in the First Schedule hereto, and the control of the waters as described in the Second Schedule hereto subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Third Schedule hereto.
The Order in Council of the 10th day of March 1958* granting control of parts of the foreshore of Hauraki Gulf is hereby consequentially amended—
(a) By revoking clause (c) of the preamble.
(b) By revoking the Third Schedule.
