LOWER HUTT CITY COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Departure From Operative District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and of the regulations made thereunder, that the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, by order dated the 29th day of July 1965, has consented to a specified departure from the operative district scheme for the City of Lower Hutt by permitting the applicant, John Chambers and Son Ltd., to erect a two-storey building, partly on Lots 10 and 11 on Deposited Plan No. 1485, zoned residential B, the said building to be used as administration offices, showrooms, and storerooms for the wholesale and retail branches of automotive engineering, and to use the balance of the said Lots 10 and 11 for off-street parking for customers and staff and as access to the rear of the said proposed building, subject to conditions as to the bulk and location of the said building and as to the erection of a concrete-block wall 6 ft in height along either boundary of the said Lots 10 and 11 as appearing in the said order.

CITY OF LOWER HUTT

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Departure From Operative District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and of the regulations made thereunder, that the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, by order dated 30 August 1965, has consented to a specified departure from the operative district scheme for the City of Lower Hutt by permitting the applicant, Parker Radiovision Ltd., to use land comprised in Lot 1, D.P. 10377, zoned residential, and the buildings thereon, for a retail shop and workshop for the sale, repair, and reconditioning of radios, radio-telephones, television, and all types of electronic equipment and components used therein, subject to certain conditions including the prohibition of any repairs or adjustments capable of causing interference with television reception by persons in the neighbourhood, the prohibition of any repairs or adjustments except during the hours 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m., and certain conditions relating to the parking of vehicles and their routeing.

THE MINING ACT 1926

NOTICE is hereby given that Henry Vincent Parcell, of Bannockburn, farmer, will apply by application No. 70/1965 to the Warden of the Otago Mining District at Cromwell at 10 a.m. on Tuesday the 23rd day of November 1965 for a licence for a water race to divert ¼₀ of a head of water from a spring on the south side of Smith’s Gully on Crown leasehold of A. R. Henderson, about 400 yards above the school and terminating at Section 23, Block I, Bannockburn S.D.

Objections must be filed in the office of the Mining Registrar, Cromwell, and notified to applicant whose address for service is at the office of Brodrick and Parcell, Solicitors, Melmore Street, Cromwell, at least three days before the above-mentioned time of hearing.

LOST STOCK CERTIFICATE

APPLICATION has been made to the above company to issue a new certificate of title in lieu of original certificate No. 37501, issued in the name of John Sutherland Sinclair, now deceased. The executors of the estate have made a statutory declaration that the original certificate of title to the said stock has been lost.

Notice is hereby given that unless, within 30 days from the date hereof, there is made to the company some claim or representation in respect of the said original certificate a new certificate will be issued in place thereof.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS

Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:

(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription £3 per calendar year in advance.

(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 50s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)

(3) Separate regulations as issued.
