LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Volume 975, folio 252 (North Auckland Registry), containing 32 perches, more or less, being Lot 24, Deposited Plan 37285 and being part Allotment 15, Parish of Waiwera, in the name of Wilbur Chapman McKenzie, of Mount Roskill, storeman, and Melva Coral McKenzie, his wife, having been lodged with me together with an application (A. 109346) for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of outstanding duplicate of deferred payment licence, Volume 1262, folio 61 (South Auckland Registry), containing 32 perches, more or less, being Section 227, Whangamata Township, in the name of Russell Samuel Henry, of Kotemaori, school teacher, having been lodged with me together with an application No. S. 328027 to issue certificate of title in lieu of the said deferred payment licence without production of the said deferred payment licence in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to dispense with the production of the said deferred payment licence and to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Roman Catholic Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Wellington has, by transmission 643119, made application under the Roman Catholic Bishops Empowering Act 1954 to be registered as proprietor of an estate in fee simple in all that piece of land containing, firstly, 2 roods, more or less, situate in the Land District of Wellington, being part of Section 227, Right Bank Wanganui River, and being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 2173, and being all the land described in certificate of title, Volume 213, folio 100 (Wellington Registry); secondly, 2 roods, more or less, situate in the Land District of Wellington, and being part of Section 227, Right Bank Wanganui River, and being Lot 3 on Deposited Plan 2173, and being all the land described in certificate of title, Volume 221, folio 189 (Wellington Registry); thirdly, 2 roods and 0·4 of a perch, more or less, situate in the Land District of Wellington, being part of Section 227 on the Right Bank of the Wanganui River, and being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 2173, and being all the land described in certificate of title, Volume 205, folio 59 (Wellington Registry); of which Thomas O’Shea, of Wellington, Roman Catholic coadjutor archbishop, and John Aloysius O’Connell, of Wanganui, Catholic priest (both deceased), are registered as proprietors, and that such application will be registered unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged within two months of 28 October 1965 by any person claiming the beneficial ownership of any estate or interest in such land.

Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, is mortgagee, affecting 32·74 perches in the Borough of Masterton, being part Section 1, Manaia Block, and being Lot 7 on Deposited Plan No. 16202, and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 592, folio 283 (Wellington Registry), and application 649065 having been made to me to issue a duplicate mortgage in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such duplicate mortgage on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
