As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19842 (S.O. 42831), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the First Schedule hereto and hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also hereby proclaim that the closed street described in the Second Schedule shall vest in Ross Bros. (Kiripaka) Ltd., subject to mortgage No. 489239, North Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land now held by the Otago Education Board described in the Second Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of road containing 1 rood 27·2 perches situated in Block IV, Warepa Survey District, adjoining or passing through Lots 26, 28, 30, 37, 36, 35, 34, and 33, Block I, D.P. 299, being part Sections 22, 33, and closed road; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18954 (S.O. 13558), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 3 roods 22·6 perches situated in Block IV, Warepa Survey District, being Lots 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30, Block I, D.P. 299, Township of Waiwera. All certificates of title, Volume 94, folio 180, and Volume 67, folio 153, Otago Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation, dated the 30th day of July 1948 and published in Gazette, 5 August 1948, Volume II, page 975, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 3923, defining the middle line of a portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication) in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land containing 16·2 perches situated in Block IV, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., and being part right of way on D.P. 8199, being part Section 196A, Hutt District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19843 (S.O. 25921), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road in Block IV, Whakatane Survey District, Whakatane County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto (and which is railway land by virtue of section 4 of the Government Railways Act 1894 and is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Whakatane County Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
