State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that consequent upon the making of amended plans of survey the Proclamations published in the Gazette on the 19th day of December 1962, at page 2255, and on the 29th day of August 1963, at page 1229, and registered in the Land Transfer Office at Wellington as number 548110 and 569788 respectively be and the same are hereby revoked to the extent of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and in substitution therefor the State housing land, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

Declaring Land in Southland Land District, Vested in the Southland Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Southland Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—WALLACE COUNTY

SECTIONS 1, 2, and 3, Block I, Town of Calcium: Area, 1 acre 2 roods 2 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title 200/145 (S.O. 1660).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of October 1965.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

PART Section 33, Owhiro District, situated in Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District: Area, 1 perch, more or less. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/1044, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 26206).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of October 1965.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of November 1965.
