SOUTH AUCKLAND AND GISBORNE LAND DISTRICTS
ALL that area in the South Auckland and Gisborne Land Districts bounded by a line commencing at Tapapakiakia Trig. Station situated in Block IV, Rangitaiki Lower Survey District, and proceeding easterly along the southern boundaries of Rangitaiki Parish and Waimana Parish to the north-western corner of Section 76s, Waimana Settlement; thence southerly along the western boundaries of Sections 76s, 3, and 4, Waimana Settlement; Lots 1 and 3, D.P. 29877, the western and southern boundaries of Waimana 1c 3, the southern boundary of Waimana 1D 1B 2B 1; thence south-easterly along a right line from that point to Trig. Station B 2161 (Kaharoa) in Block II, Waioeka South Survey District; thence along another right line to Trig. Station, Te Wana, in Block II, Koranga West Survey District; thence southerly along the eastern boundary of Paharakeke and Manuoha Blocks; thence south-westerly along the southern boundary of Manuoha Block to Trig. Station, Pukepuke, in Block IV, Waikaremoana West Survey District; thence southerly along the western boundary of Block XVII, Waikaremoana Survey District, to the middle of the Mokau River; thence easterly along a right line to the north-west corner of Section 4, Block X, Tuahu Survey District; thence easterly along the northern boundary of that section, the northern, eastern, and southern boundaries of Section 6, Block X, Tuahu Survey District; the eastern and southern boundary of Section 5, Block X, Tuahu Survey District, the southern boundary of Section 2, Block IX, Tuahu Survey District, and northern, western, and southern boundaries of Section 2, Block XII, Tuahu Survey District; the western boundary of Section 1, Block XII, Tuahu Survey District; thence westerly along the southern boundaries of Section 1, Block XIX, Waikaremoana Survey District, and Urewera National Park in Block XIX, aforesaid, to the southern shore of Lake Waikaremoana; thence westerly along that shore to another portion of the southern boundary of the Urewera National Park in Block XV, Waikaremoana Survey District; thence westerly generally along that southern boundary to the Maungataniwha Trig. Station in Block XIV, Tuwatawata Survey District; thence north-westerly along the north-eastern boundaries of Heruiwi 4D; 4G; 4F 2, and 4B 1 Blocks; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundary of Urewera A Block to Tikorangi Trig. Station in Block IX, Ahikereru Survey District; thence northerly along a right line to Puhipuhi Trig. Station; thence along a right line to Ponaua Trig. Station; thence due north to the middle of the Mangawiri Stream in Block I, Ahikereru Survey District; thence down the middle of the Mangawiri Stream and up the middle of the Whirinaki River to a point in line with the southern boundary of Galatea Settlement; thence easterly to and along that boundary and northerly along the eastern boundary of that settlement, the eastern boundary of Waiohau Block to Trig. Station O in Block VII, Rangitaiki Lower Survey District; thence north-easterly along a right line to the Hiwera Trig. Station in Block IV, Rangitaiki Lower Survey District; thence north-easterly along a right line to the point of commencement.
As the same is more particularly delineated edged red on plan marked M:O.W. 1309 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Exchange Control Regulations 1965—Determination by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand in Respect of Proceeds of Sale of Goods Exported From New Zealand
In terms of regulation 7 of the Exchange Control Regulations 1965, the Reserve Bank of New Zealand makes the following determination:

The persons who are required to make payment of the proceeds of sale of goods exported or re-exported or intended for export or re-export from New Zealand pursuant to the said regulation 7 shall be the persons who are licensees in terms of the Export Licences Regulations 1938, or, where there is no licence required, the persons exporting or intending to export the goods from New Zealand whether acting as principals, agents, or independent contractors.

The currencies and the manner in which payments are to be made shall be as specified in the attached Schedule as appropriate for the country to which the goods are consigned at the time they are exported from New Zealand.

The period within which payment shall be made for goods exported or re-exported or intended for export or re-export from New Zealand shall be six months from the date of exportation of the goods from New Zealand.

Any departure from the provisions of this determination and the attached Schedule is permissible only with the written approval of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand.

Country to Which the Goods are Consigned at Time of Export From New Zealand
Approved Methods of Payment

Countries included in (a) Sterling or any other currency (except New Zealand currency), which is freely exchangeable for sterling; or (b) New Zealand currency from an account with a bank in New Zealand of a bank domiciled in any country other than New Zealand.

Countries outside the (a) External sterling (i.e., sterling from an account with a bank in the United Kingdom which has been designated by the Bank of England as an external account) or a currency of any country outside the sterling area which is freely exchangeable for external sterling; or (b) New Zealand currency from an account with a bank in New Zealand of a bank domiciled in any country outside the sterling area.
For the purposes of this determination the sterling area consists of those countries set out in the Schedule to the Exchange Control Exemption Notice 1965, S.R. 1965/159.
