Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 26th day of October 1965.

Licensing Warkworth Businessmen’s Association to Occupy Part of the Foreshore at Mahurangi River for a Boat Ramp
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Warkworth Businessmen’s Association (Inc.), of Warkworth (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore at Mahurangi River as shown on plan marked M.D. 12155 for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a boat ramp as is shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of these regulations shall, as far as possible, apply hereto.
(2) The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be three pounds (£3.)
(3) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of November 1965.

Revoking Foreshore Licence at Herald Island
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence granted on 20 July 1964* to Donald Lloyd Colquhoun to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea for a sea wall as shown on plan M.D. 11824 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington is hereby revoked.
