Declaring a Leasehold Estate in Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for Post Office Purposes (V.H.F. Repeater Station) in Block I, Hautapu Survey District, Rangitikei County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the First Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by William Gordon Cleaver, of Taihape, farmer, under and by virtue of lease in perpetuity, certificate of title No. C1/477, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for post office purposes (V.H.F. repeater station); and also declares that an easement is hereby taken over the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way, with the right for Her Majesty’s servants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees from time to time, and at all times hereafter, to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses or other animals or vehicles, over the said land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way for the purpose of providing access to the land described in the said First Schedule, such easement to be held appurtenant thereto, from and after the 26th day of October 1965.
