Officer Authorised to Take and Receive Statutory Declarations

PURSUANT to section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to authorise the officer in the service of the Crown being the holder for the time being of the office of Staff and Industrial Officer, New Zealand Electricity Department, Wellington, to take and receive statutory declarations under the said Act.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Featherston County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Featherston County Council and revokes the reservation for gravel purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve

Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve and Declaration That Reserve be Part of the Taumarunui-Rangaroa Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby defines the purpose to which the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall be dedicated as a recreation reserve and declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Taumarunui-Rangaroa Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.
