ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waikato County, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Waikato River in line with the north-western boundary of Section 222, Suburbs of Newcastle North, in Block VII, Newcastle Survey District, and proceeding north-easterly generally along the generally south-eastern boundary of the Borough of Ngaruawahia as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1921, page 501, to the northernmost corner of Section 201, along the north-eastern boundary of that section, a right line crossing a public road and along the north-eastern boundary of Section 208, Suburbs of Newcastle North, to the north-western boundary of part Allotment 241, Komakorau Parish, along that boundary to and along the western boundary of part Allotment 108 (defence purposes, New Zealand Gazette, 1956, page 1501), to the southern boundary of Allotment 293; thence easterly generally along that boundary and its production through a public road to and along the northern boundary of part Allotment 108 (defence purposes, New Zealand Gazette, 1947, page 978), and along the eastern boundaries of the said allotment and part Allotment 109 (defence purposes, New Zealand Gazette, 1947, page 978), to a point in line with the north-western boundary of part Allotment 103 (defence purposes, New Zealand Gazette, 1947, page 978), along a right line crossing a closed road (defence purposes, New Zealand Gazette, 1947, page 979), to and along the said boundary and the north-western boundary of another part Allotment 103 all the said allotments being of Komakorau Parish, to and along the eastern boundary of the said allotment to and along the western, southern, and eastern boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 9839, to the westernmost corner of Allotment 214, along the southern boundary of the said allotment and its production across a public road to the western boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 6931, along the western, south-western, and south-eastern boundaries of the said lot to and along the south-western side of Rogers Road to a point in line with the south-eastern side of the public road forming the north-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 13637; thence easterly generally along a right line crossing Rogers Road to and along the said roadside and its production to the eastern side of Kainui Road, along the said roadside and along the north-western side of Main Road to a point in line with the southern boundary of Lot 9, D.P. 3866, along a right line across the said road to and along the said boundary and its production to the north-eastern side of Dawsons Road along that roadside to and along the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 29032, a right line across Bankiers Road to and along the generally southern boundaries of Lot 7, D.P. 8883, and Lot 4, D.P. 17008, to and along the western side of Lake Drain Road to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of part Lot 9, D.P. 4069, along a right line across the said road to and along the said boundary, to and along the south-western boundaries of Allotments 263 and 250, to a point in line with the southern boundary of part Allotment 220, as shown on D.P. 16693, along a right line passing through Allotment 250, crossing the Hamilton-Tauhei Road and passing through part Allotment 249, to and along the said southern boundary and its production to the middle of the Komakorau Stream, down the middle of that stream to and along the southern boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 3535, being a series of right lines passing through part of the Loan and Mercantile Grant as shown on D.P. 16693, to the westernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 5039, on the north-western side of Woodlands Road; thence north-easterly along a series of right lines as shown on S.O. Plans 35600 and 35602, passing through the said road, to the easternmost corner of Lot 2, D.P. 26651, to and along the north-western side of the aforesaid road to and along the northern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. S. 2956, part Lot 4, D.P. 4160, and Lot 3, D.P. 16349, to its easternmost corner; thence south-westerly generally along the eastern boundaries of the said Lot 3 and that last-named boundary produced to the southern side of the public road forming the southern boundary of the said Lot 3, along that roadside to the easternmost corner of Lot 18, D.P. 4160, and along the eastern boundary of that lot and that boundary produced to the southern side of Piako Road, along that roadside to and along the eastern and southern boundaries of Lot 13 and the southern boundaries of Lots 12 to 2 and part 1, all of D.P. 6644, to the eastern side of Puketaha Road, along the said eastern side and the south-eastern side of that road to and along the eastern side of the Hamilton-Tauhei Road to the intersection of the boundary of the City of Hamilton, hereinbefore described; thence north-westerly along that boundary to the middle of the Waikato River to and along the western boundary of the Waikato County, hereinbefore described, to the point of commencement.

BOUNDARIES OF RUAKURA RIDING OF COUNTY OF WAIKATO
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waikato County, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the northern boundary of the City of Hamilton, hereinbefore described and the eastern side of the Hamilton-Tauhei Road, in Block XIV, Komakorau Survey District, and proceeding north-easterly generally along the generally south-eastern boundary of the Rototuna Riding hereinbefore described to the easternmost corner of Lot 3, D.P. 16349, in Block IV, Komakorau Survey District; thence easterly along the northern boundaries of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, D.P. S. 3971, and part Lot 1, D.P. S. 2739, to the eastern boundary of the Waikato County; thence southerly along that county boundary as hereinbefore described to and along the western boundaries of Tahuroa Nos. 4 and part 3 to the northern side of Griffins Road; thence westerly along that roadside to and along a right line across parts Lot 18, D.P. 2970 and D.P. 25846, the Cambridge-Eureka Road and Lot 2, D.P. 17019, to an angle in the last-mentioned lot, the said right line being shown on those plans as the boundary between Tamahere and Kirikiriroa Parishes, along a right line to the south-eastern corner of Lot 6, D.P. 9815, to and along the south-eastern boundaries of that lot and Lot 7, D.P. 9815, and along a right line to the northernmost corner of Lot 3, D.P. 10268, in Block XV, Komakorau Survey District, and along the south-eastern side of Collins Road and its production to the south-western side of Provincial State Highway No. 26, along that roadside to and along the north-western boundary of part Allotment 244, Tamahere Parish, and that boundary produced to the middle of the Mangaonua Stream; thence down the middle of that stream to the confluence of an unnamed stream on the eastern boundary of the City of Hamilton hereinbefore described in Block II, Hamilton Survey District; thence northerly generally along that eastern boundary to the point of commencement.

BOUNDARIES OF TAMAHERE RIDING OF COUNTY OF WAIKATO
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waikato County, bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Tahuroa No. 4, Block IX, Maungakawa Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly generally along the generally north-eastern boundary of the Waikato County, hereinbefore described to the north-eastern corner of part Kiwitahi 3c, as shown on D.P. 24860, in Block XIV, Maungakawa Survey District; thence southerly generally along the eastern and southern boundaries of the said part 3c to and along the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 108s and 119s (both scenic reserves, New Zealand Gazette, 1961, p. 647), Te Miro Settlement, and that last-named boundary produced to the middle of the Waitakaruru Stream; thence south-westerly down the middle of that stream to and north-westerly up the middle of the Ngakauroa Stream to the northern boundary of Section 92s, Te Miro Settlement; thence south-westerly generally along that boundary and the northern boundaries of Sections 91s and 83s, the western boundary of the said Section 83s and part Section 33s, the north-western boundaries of Sections 103s and 109s and the northern and western boundaries of Section 35s, all the said sections being of Te Miro Settlement, to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 1, Block VIII, Hamilton Survey District; thence westerly generally along a right line to and along the said boundary to and along the western boundary of the said section and that boundary produced to the southern side of a public road, along the northern and western boundaries of Lot 3, D.P. 10264, to a point in line with the northern boundary of Allotment 174, Hautapu Parish, along a right line crossing a public road to and along the said boundary, along the western boundary of the said allotment, the northern boundary of part Allotment 177, a right line across the Hamilton Cambridge Railway, to and along the northern boundaries of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 11179, along the western boundaries of the said Lot 2 and Allotment 343 and that last-named boundary produced to the southern side of the public road forming the southern boundary of the said allotment, along that roadside to and along the western boundaries of Allotments 179, 180, and 181, all the said allotments being of Hautapu Parish, and the last-named boundary produced to the southern side of the public road forming the northern boundary of Lots 12 and 9, D.P. 11230, Allotments 63 and 62, Hautapu Parish, as shown on D.P. 14936, Allotments 61, 60, 59, and part 58, thence westerly along that roadside to and north-westerly down the middle of the Mangaone Stream to the middle of the Mangaonua Stream in Block II, Hamilton Survey District; thence northerly along the eastern boundary of the City of Hamilton, hereinbefore described and north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of Ruakura Riding, hereinbefore described to the point of commencement.
