CORRIGENDUM

In a Proclamation dated the 27th day of November 1964, and published in the Gazette of the 3rd day of December 1964, No. 76, at page 2253, declaring Lands in the Martins Bay Survey District and Town of Jamestown to be vested in Her Majesty the Queen as Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, for the certificate of title reference "211/262" for Section 7, Block II, Town of Jamestown, read "211/202".

Dated at Wellington this 1st day of February 1965.

Lands Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto, being parts of provisional State forest reserves Nos. 1657 and 1690 set apart by Proclamations dated the 11th day of October 1920, and published in Gazette, 14 October 1920, Volume III, page 2846, and the 29th day of April 1919, and published in Gazette, 8 May 1919, Volume II, page 1284, are required for settlement purposes; and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act such lands shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest lands and shall become Crown lands available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT

Part Reserve 1657, situated in Block XVI, Hapuka Survey District: Area, 5 acres, more or less.

Part Reserve 1690, situated in Block XIII, Okuru Survey District: Area, 8 acres, more or less.

As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 10/98/106c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 5161).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of January 1965.

Declaring Land in Southland Land District Vested in the Southland Education Board as a Site for a Public School to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Southland Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

Section 20 (formerly part Lots 1 and 4, D.P. 3173, being part Section 14), Block V, Town of North Invercargill: Area, 12Β·4 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 145, folio 263 (S.O. plan 7314).

Declaring Land in South Auckland Land District, Vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a public school shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

Part Lot 6, D.P. 11745, being part of Tahuroa No. 2. Block, situated in Block X, Maungakawa Survey District: Area, 3 acres, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 392, folio 241.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of January 1965.
