ADVERTISEMENT OF PETITION
In the Supreme Court of New Zealand No. M. 193/65

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of the Bognuda Adams and Blyth Sand and Gravel Supplies Ltd., notice is hereby given that a petition for an order for the purchase of the shares of the petitioner in the above-named company, at the fair value thereof, by Frederick Ernest Bognuda or other members of the said company or the said company or for such other order under section 209 of the Companies Act 1955 as this Honourable Court shall think fit or for the winding up of the said company by the Supreme Court or for such other order as shall be just was presented to the Supreme Court on the 28th day of September 1965 by the Guardian Trust and Executors Co. of New Zealand Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 27th day of October 1965 at 10 a.m., and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Ltd., notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 20th day of September 1965, presented to the said Court by John Burns and Co. Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, merchants; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch on the 8th day of December 1965 at 10 a.m.; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

FORT STREET BUILDINGS LTD.
REDUCTION OF CAPITAL
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Fort Street Buildings Ltd., a company duly incorporated in New Zealand having its registered office in the City of Auckland, notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 14th day of September 1965, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from £15,000 to £10,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 7th day of October 1965. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“The capital of Fort Street Buildings Ltd. is £10,000 divided into 10,000 ordinary shares of £1 each paid up to 18s. each, having been reduced from £15,000 divided into 10,000 ordinary shares of £1 each paid up to 18s. and 5,000 preference shares of £1 each fully paid up.

PATTERSONS’ (KAIKOHE) LTD.
REDUCTION OF CAPITAL
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 24th day of August 1965, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from £12,750 to £7,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the Companies Act 1955 were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 7th day of October 1965.
The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“The share capital of Pattersons’ (Kaikohe) Ltd., as altered by order of the Supreme Court confirming the reduction of the share capital of the company, is £7,000 divided into 7,000 shares of £1 each, and at the date of registration of this minute the amount of £1 is deemed to be paid up on each share.”

CITY OF ROTORUA
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Rotorua City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of additional areas for the purposes of the Rotorua city water supply in the County of Rotorua, and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken.
And notice is hereby further given that plans of the lands so required are deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the Rotorua City Council, situated at Arawa Street in the City of Rotorua, and are open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands who may have any objections they may wish to make to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, must set forth their objections in writing and send the same, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers, Arawa Street, in the City of Rotorua.
