LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

NOTICE is hereby given that the parcel of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged within one calendar month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Application 8332 by Auckland Harbour Board for, firstly, an area being that part Lot 3 on a plan lodged in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 54241 as is not comprised in certificate of title, Volume 778, folio 83, and, secondly, an area being that part of Lot 2 on the said plan as is not comprised in certificate of title, Volume 999, folio 25, both pieces of land being situate in Block XVI of the Waitemata Survey District, being part of the land in Deeds Index 33A 195.

NOTICE is hereby given that an application for the issue of certificate of title pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963 having been made, for the parcel of land described hereunder, such certificate of title will issue unless caveat is lodged forbidding the same on or before the expiration of two months from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
