Amending Notice Licensing Glendowie Boating Club. (Inc.) to Occupy a Part of the Foreshore at Ahu Point, Tamaki Estuary

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby amends the notice published in the Gazette, 23 September 1965, page 1602, licensing the Glendowie Boating Club to use and occupy a part of the foreshore at Ahu Point on the Tamaki Estuary for boat storage by adding after the words “M.D. 10866” the words “M.D. 12002”.
