Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

Declaring Land in the Wellington Land District, Vested in the Wellington Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof,

Cancelling Trusts as to Certain Land and Declaring the Same to be Vested in the North Canterbury Hospital Board

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Christchurch Hospital Amendment Act 1944, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby cancel the trusts established by the Christchurch Hospital Act 1887 so far as they relate to the land described in the Schedule hereto and declare the said land to be vested in the North Canterbury Hospital Board for an estate in fee simple to be held by the said Board for the purposes of the Christchurch Hospital.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—CITY OF CHRISTCHURCH

PART Reserve 24, situated in the City of Christchurch: Area, 1 acre 2 roods 33 perches, more or less. Comprised in part certificate of title, Volume 464, folio 209. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 1/310p, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 10524).
