CORRIGENDUM

IN the Declaration dated the 30th day of June 1965 and published in the Gazette of 8 July 1965, No. 38, page 1104, declaring land taken for road in the City of Hamilton, for the area of 0·2 of a perch, Part Lot 1, D.P. S. 6001, read 2 perches, Part Lot 1, D.P. S. 6001, which last-mentioned area appears in the Declaration signed by the Minister of Works.

Dated at Wellington this 15th day of September 1965.

State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing land, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set aside for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.

ALL that piece of land situated and described as follows:

Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being provisional State forest reserve set apart by Proclamation dated the 11th day of October 1920, and published in Gazette, 14 October 1920, Vol. III, page 2845, is required for settlement purposes; and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—WESTLAND COUNTY

PART Reserve 1654, situated in Block IX, Mount Douglas Survey District: Area, 750 acres, more or less. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 8/7/21, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 5195).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of September 1965.
