NOTICE OF CEASING TO HAVE A PLACE OF BUSINESS IN NEW ZEALAND
STURDEE ELECTRICALS PTY. LTD. hereby gives notice that it intends at the expiration of three months from the date of the first publication of this notice in the Gazette to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand.

NOTICE OF PRIVATE BILL
WANGANUI MASONIC HALL TRUST BOARD ACT 1965
IN the matter of the standing orders of the House of Representatives relating to Private Bills and in the matter of a Private Bill intituled “The Wanganui Masonic Hall Trust Board Act 1965”, notice is hereby given that Lionel Claude Young, of Wanganui, company director, intends to present a petition to the House of Representatives in Parliament assembled for the passing of the above-mentioned Bill.
The objects of the said Bill are:
(a) To constitute a body corporate to be known as the Wanganui Masonic Hall Trust Board with perpetual succession and a common seal for the purpose of holding and administering certain land and the hall or building situate thereon situated in the City of Wanganui and now held under the terms of a deed of conveyance bearing date the 20th day of June 1883.
(b) To vary the terms of the said deed of conveyance by including in the lodges to benefit thereunder all lodges now or hereafter to be established in the City of Wanganui under charter from the Grand Lodge of New Zealand of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons.
The promoter of the Bill is the above-named Lionel Claude Young, whose address is care of Messrs McBeth, Withers, and Young, Solicitors, 23 Wicksteed Place, Wanganui, to which address all communications and notices may be sent. Printed copies of the Bill will be deposited in the Private Bill office, Parliament Buildings, Wellington, on the 17th day of September 1965, and the Bill may be inspected at the offices of Messrs McBeth, Withers, and Young, solicitors for the promoter, at the address aforesaid.

The price of each Gazette varies and is printed thereon.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding publication.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 1s. per line.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription £3 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 50s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and 1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
