IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Tivoli Ltd. (in liquidation), notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, held on the 20th day of September 1965, the following special resolution was passed:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily.”

By a subsequent resolution, Dudley Norton Chambers, public accountant, of Auckland, was appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing its assets.

It was further resolved that the existing board of directors would act in the capacity of a committee of inspection to assist the liquidator in the winding up of the affairs of the said company.
