Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes, subject to building-line restriction notice No. 615883 Wellington Land Registry, and subject also to an unregistered agreement as to fencing, dated 14 June 1965, and described in the Second Schedule hereto, between Her Majesty the Queen and the Foxton Borough Council, from and after the 4th day of October 1965.
