PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

PURSUANT to section 6 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim the Borough of Porirua to be a City as on and from the 2nd day of October 1965.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Carterton as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of October 1965.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 237 acres 2 roods situated in Block V, Tiffin Survey District, Wellington R.D., and being part Section 3; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19755 (S.O. 26180), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 10th day of June 1887, to be road.
