NOTICE is hereby given that an application for the issue of a certificate of title, pursuant to section 3 of the 1963 amendment to the Land Transfer Act 1952, having been made for the parcel of land described hereunder, such title will issue unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the expiration of four weeks from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Application 640312 by Hugh Richards Caldwell, of Wanganui, retired, for all that parcel of land containing 37·09 perches, more or less, situate in the City of Wanganui, being part Section 11, Right Bank Wanganui River, and being also Lot 6 on Deposited Plan 7786, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 396, folio 82 (Wellington Registry).

I, Noel, Roy Williams, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Christchurch Jazz Society Incorporated, I.S. 1952/35, and the Papanui Marching Association Incorporated; I.S. 1960/47, societies have ceased operation, the aforesaid societies are hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
