CORRIGENDUM
IN the Declaration dated the 1st day of July 1965 and published in Gazette, 29 July 1965, No. 41 at page 1212, declaring land taken for State housing purposes in the Borough of Thames, in the Schedule thereto for the description of the area taken, viz: “2 acres and 0·5 of a perch” read “1 acre 1 rood 29·5 perches”.

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.

PURSUANT to section 6 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim the Borough of Papatoetoe to be a city as on and from the 1st day of October 1965.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of September 1965.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of September 1965.
