Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of
Forest Hill Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby
sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a
reserve for scenic purposes and, further, pursuant to the
Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to
form part of the Forest Hill Scenic Reserve, to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Forest Hill Scenic Board.

the following special order made by the Hauraki South
Drainage Board.

Special Order

Pursuant to the powers conferred on it by section 16 of
the Land Drainage Act 1908 and section 2 of the Land
Drainage Amendment Act 1920, the Board at a special
meeting held in the Hauraki Plains County Council Chambers
at Ngatea at 10 a.m. on the 25th day of May 1965 resolved
as follows:

"That, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers con-
fened on it by the Land Drainage Act 1908 and the Land
Drainage Amendment Act 1920 and all other powers it
thereunto enabling, the Board of Trustees of the Hauraki
South Drainage District hereby resolves by way of special
order to alter the subdivisions within the district, and also to
alter the representation of the various subdivisions. The
altered subdivisions are detailed below and the Eastern
Subdivision shall be entitled to two trustees, the Central Sub-
division shall be entitled to one trustee, the Awaiti Sub-
division shall be entitled to two trustees and the Western
Subdivision shall be entitled to two trustees."

This special order shall come into effect on 9 October
1965 except in so far as it is necessary to provide for the
triennial election of trustees which is to be held on that day.

Eastern Subdivision
Two Trustees
All that area in the South Auckland Land District, Hauraki
Plains, and Piako Counties, bounded by a line commencing
at the junction of the western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 11081,
produced to meet the left bank of the Waihou River in
Block XI, Waihou Survey District, and proceeding easterly
and generally southerly along that left bank and the left
bank of the Ngahina Canal, to and again along the left bank
of the Wihou River to the north-eastern corner of Awaiti
