NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as permanent State forest land.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT-NELSON CONSERVANCY LOT 1, D.P. 6815, being Sections 49, 51 and 53, and part Section 59, Square 6, situated in Block IX, Wai-iti Survey District: Area, 810 acres, more or less. As shown on plan No. 102/56, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (D.P. 6815).
