Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of the Onehunga-Manurewa via Mangere Motorway in Blocks V, IX, X, and XI, Otahuhu Survey District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation, dated the 29th day of November 1961, and published in the Gazette, 21 December 1961, Volume III, page 1962, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 18804, defining the middle line of the Onehunga-Manurewa via Mangere Motorway in Blocks V, IX, X, and XI, Otahuhu Survey District, in so far as it affects Lot 19, D.P. 20008, being all certificate of title, Volume 782, folio 259, North Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of July 1965.

The Waitemata Electric Power District Representation Order 1965
H. E. BARROWCLOUGH, Administrator of the Government By his Deputy J. D. HUTCHISON ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 1st day of September 1965 Present:
His Excellency the Administrator of the Government IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (i) This order may be cited as the Waitemata Electric Power District Representation Order 1965. (ii) This order shall come into force on the date of the next general election of members of local authorities. 2. Each of the following groups of ridings of the Waitemata County shall be a separate constituent district of the Waitemata Electric Power District:
(a) Titirangi and Waikumete Ridings. (b) Waitakere and Te Atatu Ridings. (c) Kumeu, Helensville, and Wainui Ridings. (d) Whangaparaoa, Albany, and Glenfield Ridings. 3. The constituent districts of the Waitemata Electric Power District, which are bracketed together in the first column of the Schedule hereto, shall be combined districts for the purposes of the said Act. 4. The local authorities of the constituent districts distinguished in the first column of the Schedule hereto by the letter "(P)" shall be the principal local authorities of the said combined districts. 5. The number of representatives of each constituent district or combined district on the Waitemata Electric Power Board shall be the number specified in the Schedule hereto opposite the name of that constituent district or combined district. 6. The first election of the representatives of the constituent districts and the combined district comprising groups of ridings of the Waitemata County (excluding the constituent district of Titirangi and Waikumete Ridings) shall be held on the date of the said next general election. 7. The Order in Council dated the 29th day of August 1962 and published in the Gazette on the 30th day of the same month, at page 1415, reapportioning representation on the Waitemata Electric Power Board, is hereby revoked.
