EVIDENCE of the loss or destruction of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, H.B. Volume 1, folio 285 (Hawke's Bay Registry), containing 23 acres 1 rood 27 perches, more or less, situate in Blocks XIV and XV, Heretaunga Survey District, being Lot 7 on Deposited Plan No. 2975, which said parcel of land comprises portion of Te Awa-o-te-Atua Block in the name of Samuel Pedersen, of Dannevirke, farm manager, and Ruel Kenneth Pedersen, of Ti Tree Point, sheep farmer, as tenants in common in equal shares; having been lodged with me together with an application (K. 197513) to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
