Declaring Leasehold Estates in Land Taken for the Purposes of Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block I, Mahurangi Survey District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to those effects having been entered into, the leasehold estates in the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Francis Dibble under and by virtue of renewable lease No. 2000, Volume 664, folio 16, North Auckland Land Registry, are hereby taken for the purposes of road, and for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of road, respectively, from and after the 6th day of September 1965.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 6 acres and 34·6 perches situated in Block I, Mahurangi Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 102, Parish of Hoteo; coloured blue on plans M.O.W. 19649 (S.O. 44542) and M.O.W. 19650 (S.O. 44543).

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 2 roods 31 perches being part Allotment 102, Parish of Hoteo; coloured blue, edged blue, on plan M.O.W. 19649 (S.O. 44542).

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Notice of Intention to Take Land for Road in Blocks II, III, VI, VII, XI, and XII, Muriwhenua Survey District

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road; and notice is hereby further given that the plans of the land so required to be taken are deposited in the Post Office at Houhora and are there open for inspection; and that any person affected by the said taking of the said land should set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the taking of such land, not being an objection to the amount of compensation, and send the written objection, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
