Portion of the Wellington-Napier via Woodville Railway
(Portion of Rimutaka Tunnel Deviation)

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the
Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
revoke the Proclamation, dated the 23rd day of February
1949 and published in Gazette, 24 February 1949, Volume I,
page 619, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at
Wellington as No. 3990, defining the middle line of portion
of the Wellington-Napier via Woodville Railway (portion of
Rimutaka Tunnel Deviation) in so far as it affects the land
described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in the Wellington R.D.,
described as follows:
Situated in Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District:
A. R. P. Being
7 0 3 7 Lot 6, D.P. 18332. All certificate of title, Volume
808, folio 99, Wellington Land Registry.

Situated in the Borough of Upper Hutt:
A. R. P. Being
3 2 13 6 Part Section 121, Hutt District, and being also part
of land in D.P. 6098. Balance certificate of title,
Volume 295, folio 260, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 2nd day of August 1965.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT
IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 5A of the Electric Power Boards Act
1925 (as inserted by section 3 of the Electric Power Boards
Amendment Act 1963), His Excellency the Administrator of
the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Wanganui-Rangitikei
    Electric Power District Boundary Order 1965.
  2. The boundaries of the Wanganui-Rangitikei Electric
    Power District are hereby altered so as to include therein
    the area described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Wellington and Taranaki Land Districts
situated in the Waitotara County to the north of a line
commencing in the middle of the Wanganui River at a point
opposite the north-east corner of the Tunahaere Block, Section
L.T.P.B. 136, Block IX, Waipakura Survey District; thence
in a north-westerly direction along the northern boundaries
of the Tunahaere Block and Koatanui and Kaiwhatu Blocks
to a point on the Karemu Stream in the north-west corner
of the Koatanui and Kaiwhatu Blocks, Block XII, Nukumaru
Survey District; thence in a northerly direction along the
Karemu Stream to the north-east corner of Rangitatau No.
1c, No. 1 Block; thence in a westerly direction along the
northern boundaries of Rangitatau No. 1c, Nos. 1 and 2
Blocks; thence north-west along the northern boundary of the
Kokoura Block No. 1A and Oamarunui Block to a point on
the Rangitatau Road; thence north along the Upper Pakaraka
Road to a point on the north-east corner of Lot 2A, Oamarunui
Block, Block VI, Nukumaru S.D.; thence in a north-westerly
direction along the northern boundaries of said Lot 2A,
Oamarunui Block, to Trig. Wharekaranga, as the said area
is shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 681, deposited in the
office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington,
and thereon outlined in red.

    are hereby altered so as to include therein the areas
    described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

  1. All that area in the Nelson Land District, Golden Bay
    County, bounded by a line commencing at the southernmost
    corner of Section 6, Block XII, Takaka Survey District, and
    proceeding north-westerly and northerly along the south-
    western and western boundaries of the said Section 6 to the
    north-eastern corner of Section 38, Block XI, Takaka Survey
    District; thence westerly along the northern boundaries of
    the said Sections 38 and 37, Block XI, aforesaid, to a point in
    line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 17, Block
    VII, Takaka Survey District; thence north-westerly to and
    along that boundary to its northernmost point; thence north-
    easterly along a right line to the south-eastern corner of
    Section 9, Block VII, aforesaid; thence generally northerly
    along the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 9, the
    abutment of a public road, the southern, eastern, and north-
    eastern boundaries of Section 15, Block VII, aforesaid, the
    northern boundary of Section 7, Block VII, aforesaid, and
    the south-eastern boundary of Section 108 to its easternmost
    point; thence north-westerly and northerly along the north-
    eastern boundary of the said Section 108 and the eastern
    boundary of Section 35, Square 11, to the westernmost corner
    of Section 4, Block VIII, Takaka Survey District; thence
    generally north-easterly along the north-western boundary of
    the said Section 4, the western and northern boundaries of
    Section 13, Block IV, Takaka Survey District, the western
    boundaries of Sections 7 and 6, Block IV, aforesaid, the
    northern boundary of the said Section 6 and that boundary
    produced to the south-western boundary of Section 3, Block
    IV, aforesaid; thence generally northerly along the south-
    western boundaries of the said Section 3 and Section 2, Block
    IV, aforesaid, the north-western boundary of the said Section
    2, and that boundary produced to the westernmost corner of
    Section 8, Block IV, aforesaid; thence generally north-easterly
    along the southern boundaries of the said Section 8 and Sections
    9 and 10, Block IV, aforesaid, the south-eastern and
    north-eastern boundaries of Section 11, Block IV, aforesaid,
    to a point in line with the western boundary of Section 16,
    Block XI, Waitapu Survey District; thence northerly to and
    along that boundary and its production to the southern
    boundary of Section 12, Block XI, aforesaid; thence easterly
    along that boundary to its easternmost point; again easterly
    along a right line to the westernmost corner of Section 18,
    Block XI, aforesaid; thence generally northerly along the
    southern and eastern boundaries of the said Section 18, the
    eastern boundary of Section 29, Block XI, aforesaid, again
    along the eastern boundary of the said Section 18, the eastern
    boundary of Section 10, Block XI, aforesaid, that boundary
    produced across a public road, again along the eastern
    boundary of the said Section 10 and the eastern boundaries
    of Sections 20 and 19, Block XI, aforesaid, to the eastern-
    most corner of the said Section 19; thence easterly along a
    right line to the southernmost corner of Section 3, Block XI,
    aforesaid; thence generally northerly along the south-
    eastern boundary of the said Section 3, that boundary pro-
    duced across a public road, again along the south-eastern
    boundary of the said Section 3, and the south-western, south-
    eastern, and north-eastern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 5732, to
    its northernmost corner; thence north-westerly along a right
    line across a public road to the easternmost corner of part
    Section 4, Block III, Totaranui Survey District, contained in
    certificate of title, Volume 28, folio 27; thence northerly
    along the eastern boundaries of the said part Section 4, Sec-
    tions 10 and 22, Block III, aforesaid, again along the eastern
    boundary of the said Section 10 and Section 41, Block III,
    aforesaid, again along the eastern boundary of the said Section
    10, aforesaid, and Sections 18 and 17, Square 12, Block III,
    aforesaid, to the northern boundary of the said Section 17;
    thence westerly along that boundary and its production to
    the sea coast; thence generally north-easterly and
    south-easterly along the sea coast of Golden Bay and
    Tasman Bay, crossing the mouths of all rivers and inlets to a
