Declaring Land in the Wellington Land District, Vested in
the Wellington Education Board as a Site for a Public
School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen
H. E. BARROWCLOUGH, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir
Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Govern-
ment, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Welling-
ton Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be
vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from
every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all
leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same
at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
SECTION 12, Block IX, Tararua Survey District: Area, 3 acres,
more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 432, folio 49, to-
gether with a grant of water and pipeline rights appurtenant
hereto as created by transfer 356486 (S.O. Plan 16035).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 24th day of August 1965.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 6th day of September 1965.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land containing together 1 acre 3 roods
being Allotments 34 to 40 (inclusive), Town of Whatawhata.
All certificates of title, Volume 27, folio 198; Volume 779, folio
185 (limited as to parcels and title); Volume 778, folio 169
(limited as to parcels and title); Volume 778, folio 196 (limited
as to parcels and title); South Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator

Zealand, this 19th day of August 1965.

Improvement Act 1945 in the City of Christchurch
H. E. BARROWCLOUGH, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of Part II of the
Housing Improvement Act 1945 and shall vest in the Mayor,
Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch as from
the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of
September 1965.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 28ยท3 perches situated in the
City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D., and being part Town
Reserve 42; as the same is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked M.O.W. 19609 (S.O. 10395), deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 30th day of July 1965.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric
Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the
Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block II, Lindhurst
Hundred, described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 0 18ยท7 Part Lot 25, D.P. 175A, being part Section 2.
0 0 2 Part Section 71.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 19629 (S.O. 7382), deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 30th day of July 1965.
